Old Tree Brewery is a community interest company micro-fermentary based in Glynde, using the transformative power of fermentation to create delicious, live drinks. We primarily brew kombucha, and also make a variety of botanical drinks including seasonal hedgerow wines, cordials, vinegars and apple juice. Our kombucha is a fermented live drink made from a blend of sencha green tea and Assam black tea. This ancient brewing process harnesses the transformative powers of fermentation to create a refreshing, tangy drink that is low in alcohol and supports a healthy gut. We use traditional brewing techniques to produce creative, experimental brews using a wide range of UK plants.
