The Seasons Wholefoods

Wealden & Lewes · Mixed local produce

Seasons Wholefoods is an independent values-led wholefood store with locations in Forest Row and Lewes, East Sussex. Rooted in sustainability, ethical sourcing and wellbeing, we offer a carefully curated range of organic and biodynamic food, alongside vegan and vegetarian produce, all within a family-run, eco-conscious business. At the heart of Seasons is a strong sense of community. Through regular Taster Days and Meet the Maker events, we invite suppliers into the shop to share their stories, connect with customers and showcase their products. By bridging the gap between producers and consumers, we foster a deeper appreciation for quality, craftsmanship and regenerative food systems.
